1. About Vike
Vike is a technology platform operated through the website vikemen.com that connects patients with independent licensed medical practitioners and registered pharmacy partners. Vike does not itself prescribe or dispense medication.
By accessing or using vikemen.com ("the Site") and the services provided through it ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of India to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that the personal and medical information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
3. Our service
Vike facilitates the following:
- An online medical questionnaire reviewed by a licensed medical practitioner registered to practise in India.
- Issuance of a prescription where, in the practitioner's clinical judgement, treatment is appropriate.
- Fulfilment of approved prescriptions by a registered pharmacy partner.
Final treatment decisions rest with the reviewing physician. Vike does not influence prescribing decisions.
4. Medical disclaimer
Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice and before starting any new treatment.
5. Truthful disclosure
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete responses to the medical questionnaire. Misrepresentation may result in incorrect treatment recommendations and can be dangerous to your health. Sole responsibility for the accuracy of the responses rests with the user.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Vike does not store payment card details. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Shipping

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vike or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].
