Shipping Policy

How and when your treatment arrives.

1. Where we ship

Vike ships across India only. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Delivery timelines

After a licensed physician approves your file, your order is dispatched by our pharmacy partner. Estimated delivery windows:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Other Tier-1 cities: 4–6 business days.
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days.

Doctor review typically takes 10–15 minutes during operating hours. Total time from order to delivery is generally 4–10 business days.

3. Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, opaque, sealed packaging. The outer parcel carries no Vike branding, no medication name, and no clinical references. The shipping label shows only the sender as a generic distribution name and the recipient address.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your parcel at any time on our order tracking page.

5. Failed delivery

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, the courier will typically re-attempt one or two more times. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel is returned to our pharmacy partner. Re-dispatch will involve additional shipping charges.

6. Shipping charges

Shipping is included in the displayed product price for standard delivery across India. Expedited shipping options, where available, will be shown at checkout.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability varies by PIN code and is shown at checkout where supported.
