Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel, and how refunds work.
Overview
Because Vike facilitates Schedule H prescription medicines, refund and cancellation policies are constrained by Indian drug safety regulations. Once a sealed medicine pack has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned or resold under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. We have designed this policy to be fair to you within those legal constraints.
1. Cancellation before doctor review
If you have placed an order but a doctor has not yet reviewed your file, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Email vikecare@vikemen.com with your order number.
2. If the doctor does not approve your file
If the reviewing physician determines treatment is not clinically appropriate, your order is cancelled and you receive a full refund within 5–10 business days. No medicine will be shipped.
3. After dispatch
Once your sealed prescription has been dispatched, returns and refunds are not available for change-of-mind reasons. This protects patient safety and complies with Indian drug regulations.
4. Damaged, defective, or wrong product
If you receive a parcel that is damaged, tampered with, contains the wrong product, or has expired, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Do not consume the medicine in question.
5. Order not delivered
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window stated in our Shipping Policy, contact us. We will trace the parcel and either reship or refund.
6. Refund timeline and method
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
7. How to request a refund
Email vikecare@vikemen.com with:
- Your order number
- The registered email or phone number on the order
- Reason for the refund request
- Photos, if applicable
We respond within one working day.
